Simulated Clay Tile Roof Panel
The newest panel in the LP lineup is our simulated clay tile roof panel, manufactured at our Stanfield, AZ facility. It closely mimics the look of a clay tile roof with the benefits of lightweight steel, and is produced with a pre-painted 40-year finish. This steel panel is great for re-roofs and new construction, and is mechanically attached using paint-to-match fasteners — great for the do-it-yourselfer.
- Available in 39.3″ coverage, produced in lengths of 4′–30′ — fewer seams means fewer chances of leaks over the long run.
- Fire resistant — Class A fire rated and noncombustible when properly installed, great for fire-prone areas.
- Longevity — lasts decades longer than asphalt; a shingle roof may need replacing three times before this metal roof does.
- Weathering — stands up to high winds, heavy rain, hail, ice, and extreme heat and cold.
- Minimal maintenance — most dirt and stains wash off in the rain; stubborn spots rinse with dish soap and a hose or light pressure washing.
- Retrofit — can be installed over existing roofs to eliminate tear-off costs.
- Material thickness — 26 ga.
- Painted finishes — 40-year SMP painted domestic steel with matching trim profiles.
- Minimum recommended slope — 3:12.

WE offer two types of delivery service the first is an economical solution where we arrive with the truck full of goods and the customer provides a means of off loading typically a tractor or a few people to assist. The secound option is we send a helper with the driver to assist in unloading. In the secound senerio we just unload at the curb of the property.
