By using lpsteelindustries.com, requesting a quote or estimate, or placing an order with LP Steel Industries (“LP Steel,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

The site is a product catalog and quoting tool. Adding items to an estimate and submitting a quote request is a request for pricing — it is not a purchase, payment, or a binding order. No payment is collected online. An order exists only when LP Steel confirms it in writing (signed quote, purchase order, or invoice).

Estimates generated from the site are for budgeting and are non-binding. Steel and coil pricing moves with the market, so written quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote (typically 15 days) unless we note otherwise. Final pricing, quantities, lead time, and freight are confirmed on the written order or invoice.

Orders are confirmed by a signed quote, purchase order, or invoice. Payment terms are as stated on that document. Applicable taxes, permits, freight, and fuel surcharges are additional unless expressly included.

Made-to-order, cut-to-length, roll-formed, and fabricated items are produced to your specification and are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has begun. You are responsible for verifying dimensions, gauges, finishes, and any engineering before approving production.

Returns of unused standard stock, where accepted, must be requested within 15 days of pickup or delivery, in original condition, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom, cut, and fabricated goods are not returnable.

Material is available for pickup at any yard or for delivery across Arizona. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon pickup or upon delivery to the agreed location.

Mill material and prepainted coatings carry the applicable manufacturer / coil warranties, which we will pass through. Except for those pass-through warranties, goods are provided “as is,” and LP Steel disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for confirming that the material and specifications suit your application and code requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LP Steel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the goods giving rise to the claim.

Site content, designs, photography, and drawings are the property of LP Steel Industries and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the current one.
