Cold-formed steel buildings are Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), built from roll-formed, galvanized steel C- and Z-sections bolted and screwed into a complete frame. Every building ships with stamped engineered plans and a concrete foundation plan — so your permit set and your slab are ready before the steel arrives.
