Mare Motels
These open-air structures provide protection from the elements while also providing ventilation and visibility of livestock. All of our Mare Motels are free-standing structures that employ 4" diameter posts set in concrete, light gauge Track and purlin framing, and 26 ga Metal roofing available in 14 Standard colors. These structures are equipped with freestanding corral panels that can be repositioned as events dictate — for example, if you have a mare getting ready to foal you can add or remove a panel to adjust the size of the pen to your particular needs. Some other highlights to consider are:
- Corral Panels are available in Galvanized or Black — 3-rail, 4-rail, or 5-rail
- Mare Motels are fully engineered to your local building codes, with stamped and sealed drawings available for permit submittal
- No welding is required for installation — everything screws together
- Available in both Gable and Raised breezeways
- Mare Motels come in a multitude of configurations — for example, 12' x 12' stalls with a 10' breezeway, 12' x 16' stalls, and 16' x 16' stalls with a 12' breezeway
- Kits come in multiples of 2 stalls, from 2 to 24 stalls

Shed Rows
Shed Rows are an economical solution if you are tight on space and want to have your stalls in a row as opposed to opposing like in a mare motel. We can design your shed row inline, back to back, in an L shape or a U shape. These barns are great for the Arizona heat or for seasonal activities such as horse racing. Shed Rows are constructed using similar materials as a mare motel in that we use 4" upright posts set in concrete, 8" or 10" track and purlin, and 26 ga steel roofing. Some other highlights are:
